This article explains what to do if you have problems installing drivers on an AccuTouch monitor
If you are having problems installing the latest Windows multi-touch driver on an Elo AccuTouch (5-wire resistive) monitor, please install the single-touch 5.8.2 driver instead.

How to tell if you have an AccuTouch monitor
- Look on the back of the monitor near the bottom where the cables connect (remove cable cover if one is installed) and find the long model number which will look similar to this: ET1915L-7CWA-1-G. The number 7 after the first dash indicates it is an AccuTouch monitor. See below example
- Additionally; AccuTouch technology uses a plastic outer sheet which has tiny insulator dots between it and another sheet beneath. If you drag the back of your fingernails across the screen and feel bumps beneath the suface then you have AccuTouch. Elo's other technologies will have a pure glass top sheet.
