This article explains if Elo monitors are supported on macOS Version 12 M1 Monterey

macOS Version 12 M1 Monterey is supported by driver UPDD V6. This driver supports Mac OS X (10.7 and above).

Please be sure and follow the Quick Installation Guide paying close attention to the System Extension Consideration section. Due to security considerations, since macOS 10.13, users must manually 'Allow' these extensions to be installed, and will be prompted to do so during installation.
