This article explains the compatibility between the ECMG4 and older Elo 01-Series or 02-Series IDS monitors

Elo's ECMG4 computer modules are only compatible with 03-Series, 53-Series IDS monitors, and the Wallaby Pro Self-Service Stand. They are NOT compatible with the obsolete 01-Series or 02-Series IDS monitors or the current 04/54-Series IDS monitors. There are no adapters, brackets, or work-arounds to force the ECMG4 to work on the 01-Series, 02-Series, 04-Series, or 54-Series IDS monitors as these computer modules are different in fit, form, and function.

If you need a computer module for an 01-Series or 02-Series IDS monitor, you will need to look for an ECMG2 or ECMG3 computer module (both are now obsolete). 

If you need a computer module for on 04-Series or 54-Series IDS monitor, you will need to look at the Elo BackPack for Android , or the Elo BackPack for Linux.
