The article below describes how to disable the USB ports on an Elo I-Series 3.0 with Intel All-In-One TouchComputer.
1. Enter the System BIOS.
- While device is starting up, tap the Setup button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
- Alternatively, you can also repeatedly press the DEL key on a physically connected keyboard.
2. Navigate to the Advanced section of the BIOS, then scroll down and select USB Configuration.
3. Select USB Power Configuration
4. Select the USB port(s) you would like to disable, click on it and choose "Disable"
a. In the below we chose to disable the "Powered USB Ports."
b. Powered USB Ports are now Disabled.
5. After disabling the desired USB port(s), navigate to the Save & Exit section of the BIOS and choose "Save Changes and Exit."
- After computer restarts the USB ports will be disabled.
- To re-enable, you will need to go back into the BIOS and enable, then save changes.
