Safety Precautions

• Wear an anti-static wrist strap to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage.
• Handle internal components with care to avoid damage.

Procedure

1. Prepare the Device

• Place the I-Series 3 face down on a clean, soft, and protective surface to prevent scratches or damage.
• If the device has a stand, remove it by detaching the screws and lift from the unit.

2. Remove External Covers

• Detach the four (4) side peripheral port covers by gently pulling them outward.

4. Detach the Back Cover

• Carefully lift the back cover starting from the bottom edge and gradually move upward.
• When the cover reaches approximately a 45-degree angle, gently release the hook securing the front edge.
• Continue lifting the cover until it is vertical.
• Disconnect the cable connecting the back cover to the motherboard by carefully unplugging it.

• Fully remove the back cover and set it aside.
