This article explains how to connect the 1002L monitor to an I-Series 4 Android device
When using an Elo I-Series 4 with Android device, connecting an external Elo 1002L USB-C monitor as a second display should be plug-n-play, providing you use an Elo recommended USB-C cable.
Hardware Needed

Steps
2. Connect the other end of the Elo recommended USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the Elo 1002L monitor.
b. The display will then turn black for a few seconds.
c. A "No Signal Detected" message will appear for a few seconds.
d. Video will then appear on the 1002L screen, mirroring the Elo I-Series 4 with Android video.
NOTE:
If you wish to connect one of the larger USB-C displays such as the 15-inch or 22-inch, see the below information from the I-Series 4 Android User's Manual, page 65:
All I-Series 4.0 device supports USB – C video, audio and touch via the USB- C cable.
The 15.6 and 22in I-Series 4.0 device can also support power up to an Elo 1502L Touch monitor via the USB – C cable when using the optional Elo 90W power supply.
To enable video output, enter the developer options and click on USB and DP configuration.
• Note Ethernet speeds will be limited to USB2.0 speeds
• User can change to SS-USB only to allow for higher USB and Ethernet speeds. There is no video output in this mode.
• If the USB protocol is changed, please reset the I-Series Device.
