What should I do if the Elo OEMConfig app version 2.0.3 displays the message "Device isn't compatible with this version"?

This article explains what to do when you receive "Device Isn't Compatible With This Version" downloading Elo OEMConfig Version 2.0.3 from the Google Play Store

If you encounter the error message "Device Isn't Compatible With This Version" while attempting to download Elo OEMConfig v2.0.3, it indicates that the Android build on your Elo device does not meet the necessary requirements.

To use version 2.0.3 available through the Play Store, your device must be running at least Android 10 with build 5.000.029.0066+p (MR-29) or Android 12. See complete feature release notes here.
