Most likely you need to install the touchscreen driver and perform an alignment.
If you are using an AccuTouch or IntelliTouch touchscreen monitor, these generally require a driver to be installed to work correctly.

Go to the Elo website and download the touch driver for your Operating System (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, etc). The last step after installing the driver is to perform a touchscreen alignment (also called calibration).
