This article explains how to remove driver fragments manually that did not delete during an uninstall
If there are some remaining driver fragments that did not get removed.
Follow these steps.
- Make sure there are no Elo items found in Programs and Features in the Windows Control panel (view as Small Icons).
- Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the Windows folder, then the System32 folder, then the Drivers folder (\Windows\System32\Drivers).
- Delete any files that start with elo (unless they’re obviously not Elo-related).
- Close Windows Explorer.
- Close the Windows Control Panel.
- Disconnect the touch USB cable.
- Reboot the computer.
- After the computer has finished rebooting, connect the touch USB cable, then install the driver.
