This article details how to open a Customer Care case for quality concerns for Elo products
This below describes the procedure for using Elo’s Customer Care Portal:
- From the elotouch.com website click on the Support tab at the top of the main page then scroll down to the black Still Need Help area and click on the Customer Care button and then the Online Form link. The url is: http://contactus.elotouch.com/customercare
- Fill out all the required fields. Required fields have an asterisk*
- Enter product information and upload any relevant files (Images, Word Doc, Excel Doc, Text File, PDF)
- Enter subject and a description of the issue.
- Select I’m not a robot and then click on the Submit button.
- Upon submission of the Customer Care ticket, you will see a redirect page.
- You will be redirected to elotouch.com/support
- You will receive an acknowledgement email from donotreply@elotouch.com
- The email will contain the Customer Care case number as well as acknowledgment of receipt and an explanation of what to expect.
