This article explains the process for obtaining a Certificate or Letter of Volatility for Elo products.

Customers requesting a Certificate of Volatility (COV) or Letter of Volatility (LOV) for an Elo product should submit a Support ticket and include the Elo part number. These documents are prepared on request and may take up to two weeks to deliver: Elo Technical Support.
