This article discusses if Elo offers a driver for Windows 2000 and XP

The Windows 2K Driver 4.6.3b (SW600188)  will not work with our newer PCAP, IR, or IntelliTouch Multi-touch units. It may work on our single-touch AccuTouch and IntelliTouch products.
