Elo Optical Touch Technology was officially discontinued in 2014. Active engineering development and formal technical support for optical touchmonitors have ended. The calibration utilities and documentation below are provided strictly as historical reference archives for maintaining legacy installations.
Optical touch technology relies on perimeter infrared optical cameras to track touch points. If an Elo IDS optical monitor exhibits touch tracking drift, blind spots, or sluggish response, use the optimization documentation and CrystalTouch calibration software below to realign and calibrate the optical sensors.
