This article explains how to enter the Factory OSD Menu on Elo IDS 04/54 series monitors.
Follow one of the below options to enter the Factory OSD Menu on Elo's IDS 04/54 series monitors which includes the following models: 3204L, 4304L, 5054L, 5554L, 6554L
Option 1: Using a Wired OSD Remote
With the monitor powered off, hold the Select button and press the Power button. This opens the Factory OSD menu.
Option 2: Using the Monitor Controls without an OSD Remote
With the monitor powered off, hold the Menu button and press the Power button. This opens the Factory OSD menu.

Debug Mode
Using the monitor buttons: When the monitor is off, hold down the Video Button and press the Power Button at the same time displays the Debug Mode menu.
Using the OSD remote: When the monitor is off, hold down the Menu Button and press the Power Button at the
same time displays the Debug Mode menu.
During debug mode:
The OOR (Out of Range) message is removed. The OSD shows diagnostic parameters while the monitor displays video. All keys are disabled except the Power key. Parameters include OOR status, mode index, timing, horizontal and vertical totals, horizontal and vertical frequency, horizontal and vertical sync polarity, horizontal and vertical position, and pixel clock. The active video source must display or report none detected.
The Elo splash screen is disabled.
To exit debug mode, power off the monitor.
