This article explains how to restore default calibration settings for an IntelliTouch or AccuTouch monitors
Please see the procedure below to restore the default calibration settings for an IntelliTouch or AccuTouch monitor.
Overview
This procedure steps the end-user through restoring the default calibration settings on an Elo AccuTouch or IntelliTouch monitor.
Root Cause:
Elo Touch Solutions pre-calibrates monitors via HID at the factory. This allows most customers using modern HID compliant systems to use the monitor without the need of installing touch drivers. However; some customers using older systems, non-Windows or non-HID operating systems, and specialized equipment, may find HID calibration does not align properly or function as desired on their system. Restoring the default calibration settings will correct for that.
Impacted Products:
All Elo AccuTouch and IntelliTouch touch technologies.
