This article explains how to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Elo Touch Solutions for product repair.
Before You Begin
- Serial number for Touchmonitors or Touchcomputers
- Credit card for out-of-warranty repairs (flat rate fee will be quoted during the process)
- Return shipping address where the repaired unit should be sent
- PO or reference number (you may use your name if a PO is not required)
Steps to Submit an RMA

1. Create an account before submitting a repair or return request. Visit: https://portal.elotouch.com/Services
a. Click Register at the top of the page.
2. Click Register New Account.
3. Complete all required fields and click Register.
4. After registering, a confirmation message will appear. An email will also be sent to your registered address. Open the email and click the confirmation link.
5. On the confirmation page, click Log In.
6. Credentials may auto-populate. If not, enter them manually and click Log In.
7. Select Region and Country. Enter the serial number(s) of the product(s) being repaired or returned.
IMPORTANT: Double-check all serial numbers. Incorrect entries may pull the wrong unit.
8. Complete the return details:
- Select the Reason for Return. Choose Physical Damage if any damage is present, even if other issues exist.
- Review the automatically generated Warranty Status Results. If out of warranty, the flat-rate repair cost will be displayed.
- Click Create RMA for 1 product to continue.
- Confirm the serial number is correct before proceeding.
9. Enter the Shipping Address. This is where the repaired unit will be returned.
10. Enter detailed information in the Reason for Repair field, up to 100 characters, and click Continue.
11. Verify the shipping address and click Verify.
12. Review all information carefully, then click Confirm.
13. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Agree & Checkout.
14. If the unit is out of warranty, you will be directed to submit payment via PayPal.
The total shown is pre-tax. Final invoicing will include applicable tax. Charges are processed when the repaired unit ships back.
Tax-exempt customers must contact RMA Services with the RMA number and code to apply exemption status.
15. If the unit is in warranty, or payment is completed, the RMA submission is finalized. A confirmation email with return instructions will be sent.
Click Print Return Instructions to print the return documents. If already submitted, the button will display Reprint Your RMA Instructions and Return Label.

All RMA requests must be submitted through the online portal. Do not contact RMA Services or Technical Support to manually generate an RMA.
