Monitors larger than 26" must be shipped upright and placed on a pallet. Elo shipping cartons include clear handling instructions such as “This Side Up” and “Open Here.” Ignoring these guidelines can lead to product damage during transit.

To avoid voiding the warranty, use Elo Touch Solutions packaging or an equivalent. This includes the full original packaging, high-density foam, and/or cardboard separators to protect the unit during shipment.
