This article provides a step-by-step guide to checking RMA status
You are able to check the status of an in-progress RMA by logging into the Elo RMA Portal at https://portal.elotouch.com. You may also contact our RMA department by email at rma.services@elotouch.com or by phone at 1-800-557-1458, Options 3-4-1
1. Go to https://portal.elotouch.com.
2. Choose your region.
3. Select your country from the dropdown menu.
4. Since you have created an account during the RMA creation process, choose Login.
5. Enter your login credentials.
6. On the top ribbon, click Services Portal and click Current Open RMAs.
7. Enter your RMA number in the proper text field and click Search.
8. To view RMA status, click View.
9. The status of the RMA is shown under the RMA number.
