You can check the status of an in-progress RMA by logging into the Elo RMA Portal at https://portal.elotouch.com .

Steps to Check RMA Status

1. Go to https://portal.elotouch.com .
2. Select your Region. 
   
   
3. Select your Country from the dropdown menu. 
   
   
4. Click Login. 
   
   
5. Enter your login credentials and click Log In. 
   
   
6. From the top navigation ribbon, click Services Portal, then select Current Open RMAs. 
   
   
7. Enter your RMA number in the search field and click Search. 
   
   
8. Click View next to the RMA. 
   
   
9. The current status will be displayed under the RMA number.
