This article provides a step-by-step guide to checking RMA status.
You can check the status of an in-progress RMA by logging into the Elo RMA Portal at https://portal.elotouch.com .

Steps to Check RMA Status
- Go to https://portal.elotouch.com .
- Select your Region.
- Select your Country from the dropdown menu.
- Click Login.
- Enter your login credentials and click Log In.
- From the top navigation ribbon, click Services Portal, then select Current Open RMAs.
- Enter your RMA number in the search field and click Search.
- Click View next to the RMA.
- The current status will be displayed under the RMA number.
