This article outlines the steps to submit a manual RMA
Some peripherals, components, and custom products may not validate the serial number in the RMA request portal. When this occurs, a manual RMA must be submitted.
Please follow these steps:
- Visit the RMA portal: https://portal.elotouch.com/RMA
- After logging in, navigate to Step 2 and click the "Contact Us" link to submit a manual RMA.
