Close the Windows Control Panel.
- Using Windows Explorer, delete the following files from \Windows\System folder:
- monmouse.vxd
- monmouse.hlp
- monmouse.cpl
- Delete the Elo folder.
- Start the REGEDIT program to edit the registry
- (Click Start, click Run, type in regedit, hit ENTER).
- Double-click your way down through the keys as follows:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
\ControlPanel
\desktop - Delete the following keys from the registry:
DoubleClickHeight and DoubleClickWidth - Double-click your way down through the keys as follows:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\System
\CurrentControlSet
\Services
\VxD - Delete the following key from the registry:
\MonMouse - Double-click your way down through the keys as follows:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\SOFTWARE - Delete the following key from the registry:
\Elo Touch Solutions
- Run SYSEDIT; select SYSTEM.ini file; delete the following line from the [386Enh] section:
device=monmouse.vxd - Restart Windows 95.
