Valid Values Used in PCap Frozen Touch Recovery - Driver and FW Docs

This article explains the valid values that can be used when configuring the PCap Frozen Touch Recovery option

By default, 4000ms (4s) is used for the PCap Frozen Touch Recovery option is enabled.
Any non-zero value is valid.
