This article describes where to find the factory operating system image for my Elo Touchcomputers

For the factory image of your Elo Touchcomputer, you should have your device's serial number and then contact Elo Support either by email at support@elotouch.com or by phone at 844-435-6832. 

NOTE: It is important to have the serial number of the unit, in order for Support to provide the proper image.
