This article explains how to determine the Windows version of the Operating System image on Elo devices

This article describes how to find the Windows build version and Elo image version installed on an Elo AIO touchcomputer.

To find the Windows OS build version and Elo image version

1. Click on Windows Start buton and choose Settings (gear icon), choose System, then select the About tab. The Elo image version and Windows build version will both be displayed.



Alternative way to find only the Windows OS build version.

1. Type winver in the Windows search bar and press Enter on your keyboard (or click on the Run command .exe that appears in the Best match list.



2. The Windows Version and OS Build wil appear in a pop-up on your screen.



Additional way to find information

1. Click on Windows Start buton choose Windows Administrative Tools from the menu and select System Information from the list of choices.
