A: All Elo AIO Touchcomputers are equipped with the button cell type lithium batteries,
currently this includes the following products: X-Series, E-Series, I-Series, PayPoint, EloPOS, and
ECM Computer Modules; also, the NFC/RFID reader contains a button cell type lithium battery.

Q: Are we required to have a warning label on Elo products that contain lithium batteries?
A: Currently the only lithium batteries that are integrated into Elo products are the small button
cell type batteries. The application of the lithium battery mark does not apply to packages
containing only button cells batteries installed in the equipment they are intended to power. As
such, they move as regular freight and are exempt from having to be declared as hazardous and
no notifications or warning labels are needed.
