This article provides a possible way to create a video wall using Elo monitors

One possible way of creating a video wall is by using a custom YCD Multimedia PC.
When setting up, it is very critical that you create 1x image and stretch it across 4 screens, whether portrait or landscape. This will insure that the image stays in sync.
If creating a 1x4 - you then need the image to be 4x (1920x1080) in MPEG2 format.
