This article explains which connections Elo monitors can have
In general, Elo's monitors require power, video and touch connections.
The video and touch functions are separate, and for most products as of this writing, separate connections are required for each. However, assuming the USB Type-C connectivity becomes popular, it will become common for the USB Type-C connection to handle not just video and touch, but power as well - one cable for all. Some manufacturers' products may support only one or two of the three, but Elo's products that have USB Type-C connectors will support all three on the single cable.
Note that cable capabilities vary widely, so the Elo-supplied cable must be used in the case of USB Type-C.
