This article provides information about the 1302L Resume-on-Touch firmware update procedure and required files.
Elo released a firmware improvement for early 1302L units that improves the display resume performance when touch input is detected.
The following procedure explains how to update the firmware on the Elo 1302L monitor.
1. Required Hardware
- Laptop or PC with both HDMI and USB ports
- Elo 1X02L monitor with power adapter
- USB-C to USB-A cable
- HDMI cable
2. Required Software / Firmware
- USB Driver – Download HERE
- MultiISP Firmware Utility – Download HERE
- Hub Firmware – Download HERE
- Monitor Firmware – Download HERE

4. Software Setup
4.1 Install the USB Driver
- Run GLUSBFLT_SETUP_V3.11.exe.
- Click Finish and allow the computer to restart.
4.2 Select the Correct Firmware Version
- Check the monitor packing label for version 23B1 or 23B2.
- If the packing label is unavailable, download the Serial Number XLS Sheet and match the SKU to your monitor’s serial number to determine the correct .BIN firmware file.
- Select the correct firmware file.
4.3 Update Hub Firmware and Monitor Firmware
- Open MultiISP.exe located in the MultiISP_v1.80 folder.
- Select Hub 1.
- Click Open and select the Hub firmware file:
GL3523_OTY10_TPV_ELO_ET1x02L_Hub_FW6630.bin - Click Start.
After the process completes, unplug and reconnect the USB cable, then power cycle the monitor (AC OFF / ON).
- Select Scalar.
- Click Open and select the monitor firmware file.
- Click Start.
After the process completes, unplug and reconnect the USB cable, then power cycle the monitor (AC OFF / ON).
