This article provides infomation about the 1302L Resume on Touch Firmware Update procedure and files
Elo released and implemented a FW improvement for early 1302L units showing slightly longer display resume on touch performance. See steps below.
This procedure walks you through the steps of performing a Firmware Update on the Elo 1302L touch monitor. This is to improve the touch display resume performance.
1. Hardware Needed
1.1 Laptop or PC which has both HDMI and USB connections.
1.2 Monitor (1X02L) with Power Brick
1.3 USB-C to USB-A Cable
1.4 HDMI Cable

2. Software/Firmware Needed
2.1 USB driver - Download HERE
2.2 MultiISP FW - Download HERE

4. SW Setup
4.1 Install USB driver.
4.1.1 Click the USB driver GLUSBFLT_SETUP_V3.11.exe.
4.1.2 Click Finish to allow computer to restart.
4.2 Select FW Version
4.2.1 Check your packing label for 23B1 or 23B2
4.2.3 If packing label is not available please download the Serial Number XLS sheet and check the SKU to match your serial number to the correct .BIN file.

4.2.2 Select the correct FW file
4.3 Upload the Hub Firmware and update the Monitor Firmware
4.3.1 Open the MultiISP.exe in the MultiISP_v1.80 folder
4.3.2 Tick Hub 1
4.3.3 Click Open to select the Hub FW (GL3523_OTY10_TPV_ELO_ET1x02L_Hub_FW6630.bin)

4.3.4 Click Start
4.3.5 Please re-plug the USB Cable after process is finished, then AC OFF/ON the Monitor

4.3.6 Select Scalar
4.3.7 The select Open

4.3.8 Click Start

4.3.9 Please re-plug the USB Cable after process is finished, then AC OFF/ON the Monitor
4.3.2 Tick Hub 1
4.3.3 Click Open to select the Hub FW (GL3523_OTY10_TPV_ELO_ET1x02L_Hub_FW6630.bin)
4.3.4 Click Start
4.3.5 Please re-plug the USB Cable after process is finished, then AC OFF/ON the Monitor
4.3.6 Select Scalar
4.3.7 The select Open
4.3.8 Click Start
4.3.9 Please re-plug the USB Cable after process is finished, then AC OFF/ON the Monitor
