This article explains how to check the Firmware version on Elo desktop monitors

The below information describes how to check the Firmware Version by entering the Factory OSD menu on most Elo desktop touchmonitors.


a.    Turn the monitor off by pressing the power button.
b.    While pressing the Select button in press the Power button in and allow monitor to turn back on.
c.    When video appears on the screen, stop pressing the Select button.
d.    Press the Menu button and you will see the OSD menu with a small letter “F” in the upper left corner.
e.    Use the left or right arrow buttons to navigate to the "F" and press Select button to enter the Factory OSD Menu.



f. The Firmware version will be shown in the lower section of the Factory OSD menu:



g. To exit the Factory OSD Menu, use the left or right arrow buttons to navigate to EXIT on the menu and then press the Select button.
