This article explains what to do when video no longer rotates when you flip the monitor screen

There have been a few reports of the screen orientation or G-Sensor no longer working on some Windows 10 based systems. We believe there are Windows updates that may be causing the G-Sensor driver to become disabled.

To correct for this on Elo I-Series, EloPOS, and PayPoint Plus for Windows, please try reinstalling the G-Sensor or ScreenOrientation driver. You should find this in one of the following locations:

• C:EloTouchSolutions\Peripherals\G-Sensor

• C: EloTouchSolutions\System\ScreenOrientation

Go into the folder and unzip the file and run the .exe file, then restart the computer.
