EAPI and Elo Service Reporting on System After Installing Elo Touch Driver - Driver and FW Docs

This article explains what the drivers named EAPI and Elo Service Reporting are after installing the Elo driver 

EAPI is part of Elo's driver package for Elo Service Reporting. This option is included in Elo Multi-Touch drivers starting with Version 6.9.24 and up.

Elo Service Reporting will be installed by default on Windows 10. Users can modify EloOptions.ini to not install this service (set the value of “InstallServiceReportingClient” to 0 under section [Setup Options).

When touch driver is removed, the “Elo Service Reporting” will also be removed. Please note: “Elo Service Reporting” can be uninstalled separately through Windows’ Programs and Features.
