This article describes Windows 10 visual feedback circles and how to turn them off.
Windows 10 has a built in feature in Pen & Touch settings which allows cursor Visual Feedback whenever using a touchscreen. This feedback results in a visible circle when touching the screen and a visible square when holding your finger on the screen.

Some customers prefer to turn this feature off. Please see below steps for disabling Windows 10 Visual Feedback.
1. Type "Visual Feedback" into the Windows search bar.
2. Click on "Show visual feedback when you touch the screen"
3. Scroll down to the "Change touch feedback" section and move the slider from ON to OFF.
4. Close the Dynamic Feedback settings.
