This article addresses IP rating and ingress protection for Elo products.

All Elo products have some degree of ingress protection (IP) and are sealed against dirt, dust and liquids.

Most PCAP monitors have touch-through capabilities and therefore can be integrated into a solution and be sealed to obtain an IP65 rating on the front side of the unit. Elo monitors with AccuTouch 5-Wire Resistive technology can be sealed against contamination to support NEMA 4/4x/12 and IP65 standards. Please refer to the AccuTouch Integration Guide for more information.
