This article explains what to do when experiencing issue installing the LAN drivers on an i-series with NO OS
On Elo's No Operating System units, the Network (Ethernet) Controller is disabled by default. You may need to enable it before the LAN driver utility will work. See below steps.
1. Go into Windows Device Manager and locate the Ethernet Controller
2. Right-click on the Ethernet Controller, select Enable device
3. Restart the computer. The LAN driver utility should now be working and the Ethernet Controller can be found under Network adapters in Windows Device Manager.
