On rare occasions you may run across an issue where an Elo driver is still showing in add/remove programs despite the fact it has been removed. Attempts to uninstall from Add/Remove do not work.

To completely remove it follow the below steps:

1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then press ENTER.

2. Locate and click the following registry key: 

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

3. Delete any key named Elo.

4. Restart computer and check add/remove programs to verify driver is now gone.
