This article covers how to perform a factory data reset (complete wipe and reinstall) on an Elo Android I-Series 4, and BackPack 4 devices
1. Unplug power from the device
2. Hold HOME key and reconnect power

3. Continue holding HOME key until unit starts Android Recovery
4. Press HOME key to select Wipe data/factory reset
5. Press POWER key to select
6. Press HOME key until Factory data reset is selected
7. Press POWER key to select. The process is automated and you will see Data wipe complete when finished.
8. After data wipe is complete, press Power key to reboot system now
9. System will restart into the out-of-the-box Factory setup screen
