Do I need both antennae attached to the backpack 4.0 for operation?

This article answers whether both antennae are required to be attached to the Backpack 4.0

The answer is no, because both antennae support BlueTooth, 5GHz and 2.4GHz. Although connecting both antennae provides more range, only 1 is needed for operation.
