Resolving the "Unable to Locate MMuninst.isu File" Error in Windows NT (v3.1c)
This article provides a resolution for an uninstallation error involving a missing MMuninst.isu file when using the legacy Windows NT v3.1c touch driver from Elo — Now part of Zebra Technologies.

Issue Resolution
If the system prompts that it is unable to locate the uninstallation file, the driver removal process will fail. To successfully uninstall the driver, the MMuninst.isu file must be physically located within the root of the elowinnt folder.
- Open NT Explorer on your system.
- Locate the
MMuninst.isufile and move it directly into theelowinntdirectory. - Once the file is in the correct location, open the Windows Control Panel.
- Select Add/Remove Programs to execute the uninstallation process successfully.
