This article addresses the question about support of 3rd party manufactured products.
Question: I have a touch monitor that was manufactured by someone else besided Elo but it does have an Elo controller in it and uses your drivers, how can I get support?
Answer: Elo only provides technical support for Elo manufactured products with valid Elo serial numbers, part numbers, and model numbers. Elo cannot provide support for 3rd party or non-Elo manufactured products, even if they have been integrated with Elo components such as touch controllers, sensors, or drivers.
