Flea power refers to residual static electricity the remains on electrical components after power has been removed. Sometimes this residual electrical charge can prevent devices from starting properly, and draining flea power is a common troubleshooting step when triaging an issue. Draining this flea power can be completed by following the following steps:

1. Remove all cables and batteries from the device
2. Hold down the power button for 15 seconds
3. Reinstall all cables and batteries 
4. Power on the device using the power button

This process should fully drain any residual flea power.
