How do I disable the brightness sensor on my IDS monitor?

This article provides steps for disabling the brightness sensor on Elo IDS monitors that are so equipped.

Some customers report issues with their IDS monitors "flashing" or repeatedly dimming, and brightening. This is likely due to the brightness sensor setting in the On-Screen Display menu. Follow the instructions below to disable the brightness sensor.

1. Enter the OSD Menu. Please note the OSD Menu is touch compatible.

2. Enter Video, and slide Brightness Sensor to disabled.
