This article provides the steps install the single touch driver in Windows
The below steps describe how to install the Elo Single Touch driver in a Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 environment. This driver should only be used with Elo's single-touch technology products; IntelliTouch, AccuTouch, and Pulse Touch.
1. Download the single-touch driver from the Elo website (currently version 5.8.2) and save to a location on your computer.
2. Go to the location where you saved the driver, right-click on the file name and choose Run as administrator.
3. When the below dialog box appears, choose Unzip.
4. The driver Setup will automatically begin. Choose the appropriate language and then choose Next.
5. Place a tick mark in the correct box for whichever way you are connected then choose Next. (NOTE: Only choose Pulse Touch if you have one of the legacy APR monitors. These have been obsolete for many years).
6. Choose Yes to agree to the license agreement.
7. All driver files will be installed on the system.
8. Leave the tick mark in the Calibrate Elo Touchscreen monitors section and choose Finish when setup is complete.
9. The Alignment screen will then appear on the screen with a target in the upper left hand corner. Touch the target in the center with your finger and release, repeat for lower right and upper right, then test and make sure the cursor follows your finger when dragging on the screen, if so, click on the green check mark โ the touchscreen is now installed.
