This article provides information on the latest Firmware update for the touch controller on the 3243L PCAP monitor
Below are steps for updating 3243L with PCAP Touch Controller Firmware. A download link for the latest firmware and update utility are provided.
1. Download the FW update package PCFG0046_v01_02.H100
2. Unzip the FW update package to a location on your computer.
3. Execute “eGalaxUpate2”
a. The program will auto execute “Current Controller” information.
4. On “Load Image” choose the Firmware file, PCFG0046_v01_02.H100
a. Under Load Image at right side will populate all information of the FW you want to load.
6. Choose “Load Image OK”
7. After FW update completes, you may exit the utility, remove power from monitor, then reconnect power.
