Serial Number: The 10-character serial number from the barcode on the back of your Elo product.

Non-Standard Connections: Any non-standard components in your setup, such as long cables, extenders, boosters, hubs, KVM switches, splitters, etc.

Operating System: Details of your operating system (e.g., Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Linux, Android, macOS).
