Elo OEM Operating System Licensing & Standalone License Policy

As a Microsoft Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Elo Touch Solutions sells Windows operating systems (such as Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC and Windows 11 Pro) pre-installed and digitally licensed on Elo hardware at the factory level.
⚠️ Elo Standalone Licensing & "NO OS" Policy:
Elo does not sell individual, standalone copies of operating systems, installation media, or loose software product keys. In accordance with Microsoft OEM partner licensing agreements, Elo OEM licenses are contractually tied to and sold bundled with specific physical hardware.
Additionally, Elo Support cannot provide factory Windows recovery restore media or product keys for hardware units originally purchased as "NO OS" configurations.
Understanding OEM License Binding & Key Portability
When an Elo device is purchased with a factory operating system (e.g., Windows 10 LTSC), the digital product key is permanently injected into the motherboard firmware via Microsoft OEM Activation 3.0 (OA3) Digital Product Key (DPK) technology:

Procurement & Operating System Options

Deploying On "NO OS" Hardware:
If you purchased an Elo touchcomputer configured as "NO OS" (or wish to upgrade an older device to a newer OS edition), purchase a full commercial Windows license (Retail, Volume Licensing, or Cloud Solution Provider) directly through Microsoft or an authorized software reseller. You can then create standard bootable USB media using Microsoft’s installation tools and install Elo's certified touch drivers. -
Re-Imaging Factory-Licensed Elo Systems:
If your device originally shipped from the factory with Windows pre-installed and you need to restore or recover the factory image, request the official factory recovery ISO from Elo Support (which automatically detects and activates against the onboard OEM DPK key).
