This article explains how to turn off the beep sound on Elo PCAP and IR monitors

If you are hearing a beep sound when using an Elo PCAP or IR touchmonitor, that means you have installed an Elo touch driver. There are a few ways to ellimnate the beep sound if you are using either of those technologies:

Best Recommendation: Remove the Elo driver, reboot, and use the monitor without a touch driver. PCAP and IR monitors are fully HID compliant, therefore, an Elo driver is NOT needed when used on computers with HID support, ie: Windows, Android, Ubuntu, etc.
