This article explains how to get a right mouse click using the 9.0.1 driver
Starting with Elo Multi-Touch driver version 9.0 and above, to enable "right click" mode you must install the driver in "single-touch" mode using the EloOptions.ini file.
Steps below are using V 9.0.1 driver
1. Download the latest Elo Multi-Touch 9.x driver to a location on your computer.
- Example: C:\Elo Driver 9.0.1
2. Run the WinZip Self-Extractor
3. Extract the file to the location you downloaded the driver but do not allow it to open when done unzipping.
- Deselct the box beside "When done unzipping open:..."
4. Choose OK after driver unzips and close the WinZip Self-Extractor.
5. Navigate to the unzipped file location (C:\Elo Driver 9.0.1) and open the unzipped folder.
6. Open the Common folder
7. Double-Click EloOptions.ini to open in Notepad
8. In the EloOptions.ini file, scroll down to [Setup Options] and change Touch_MouseMode = 0 to Touch_MouseMode = 1
9. From the File menu, choose Save then close EloOptions.ini
10. Navigate back to the download folder, double-click on Setup.exe
11. Read and Accept the End-User License Agreement to allow the driver to install.
12. Choose OK when driver installation completes
13. Go to the Desktop and double-click the EloConfig icon
14. Open Touch Settings
15. Check the box beside Show right mouse button tool then click on Apply
16. A Right-click button will now be displayed at the top-left corner of touch monitor selected as shown below.
