This article explains the EloProbe utility for in the Elo touch driver
EloProbe is an internal diagnostic tool designed to collect information related to Elo's touch devices for debugging purposes. It performs read-only operations, ensuring no changes are made to the client’s system.
EloProbe is included with several Elo touch drivers. For example, it can be found in the "About" section of the Windows Multi-Touch 9.2.0 driver.
See below steps for running EloProbe.
1. Go to the About section of the Elo driver UI and click on "Run EloProbe."
2. The utility scans the system, gathering relevant information and saves it to a .txt file on the PC.
- The default location is: C:\Users\your.name\AppData\Local\Temp
3. After running EloProbe, navigate to the saved location and open the .txt file.

4. Once you've generated the EloProbe.txt file, please send it to Support@EloTouch.com for diagnostic examination.
