The articles explains what to do when every time you press Ctrl+C to copy and paste something, the Elo Reset Controller dialog box pops up.
Starting with the Elo 8.x Multi-Touch driver, a keyboard shortcut was added to allow user's to reset the touch controller by double pressing the Ctrl key on a connected keyboard. This sometimes results in the reset occuring when trying to use other Ctrl+ functions such as Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste.
The user can disable this function by setting the value of KeyboardResetController = 0 under EloOptions.ini section: [Common Settings] and then reboot the system. Note: EloOptions.ini is located in C:\Program Files\Elo Touch Solutions\EloOptions.ini, as shown [here].
