This article describes the Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR) Program 

1. Request an AUR replacement: Submit an RMA application online at https://portal.elotouch.com/Services 
2. Receive your replacement: Once your request is verified, Elo will issue an RMA number and ship a replacement unit (new or refurbished).
3. Shipping timeline: If your request is received before 12:00 PM PST on a business day, it ships the same day. Requests after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day.
4. Return kit included: The shipment includes return instructions, tape for sealing the box, and a prepaid return label (U.S. only).
5. Return deadline: Return the original unit within 15 business days to avoid charges. Failure to return within this window will result in a charge for the replacement.

Program Details

• AUR must be purchased through the original vendor of the qualifying Elo product.

• Coverage lasts for the duration of the standard 3-year warranty, or longer with a 1- or 2-year Extended Warranty.
