EloCare Battery Replacement
Overview
EloCare Battery Replacement provides a warranty service for replacing batteries in select Elo mobile computing devices. If a battery is damaged or its health falls below 80%, Elo offers a hassle-free replacement process to ensure your device continues to operate at peak performance.

Battery replacement warranties are available for the following Elo mobile computers:

Note: Replacement is applicable if the battery is damaged or the health is below 80%. Battery health status can be determined using the device's diagnostic app.
How It Works

Check Battery Performance: Use the device's diagnostic app to verify that battery health is below 80%.

Request RMA: Submit a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) request through Elo's online portal, selecting "Battery Replacement" as the reason for return.

Replacement Battery Shipped: Upon approval, instructions will be provided, and a new battery will be shipped to you promptly.
Purchasing a Battery Replacement Warranty
Battery replacement warranties for select devices are available wherever Elo devices are sold. Contact your Elo Sales Representative for more information.
